A Trento DOC born of passion and patience, with a minimum of 60 months of aging on the lees for a fine and persistent perlage. Intense and refined aromas of ripe yellow fruit, candied citron, and baked apple give way over time to delightful notes of the complex evolution typical of Chardonnay. Intense straw yellow color with golden highlights. Smooth and balanced, ripe apple and candied citrus blend on the palate in a creamy and persistent embrace, accompanied by pleasant notes of toasted hazelnut and sweet almond.
