Altemasi, from the "highest farms," produces sparkling wines of great finesse and elegance, thanks to a minimum 36-month maturation on the lees. Fine and persistent perlage. Complex, full-bodied aroma, with notes of apple and citrus, accompanied by sweet almond aromas. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Balanced and enveloping on the palate.
