A wine born from Elisabetta Foradori and Giovanni Podini's passion for the Tuscan Maremma, produced according to biodynamic principles. Two-day maceration on the skins. Aged for 6 months in concrete vats. Notes of tropical fruit, citrus, chamomile, and rosemary on the nose. Golden in color.
