A wine born from the Il Cantico della Figura vineyard, a tribute to the church of Apiro and devotion to the Madonna della Misericordia. Fermentation on the skins (2 weeks) and aging on the lees for 12 months in glass-lined concrete tanks. The nose boasts typical proportions, revealing a clear, calcareous mineral background with smoky accents, against which stand out fruity notes of yellow peach with its apricot kernels, flowering broom shrubs, cereals with thyme, and wild herbs. The intense, fresh, and savory progression creates a dynamic palate, well-balanced by glycerine notes. The long, persistent finish is pervaded by a swirl of fruity and salty echoes.
