A Syrah that originates in the hills of Monreale, in the province of Palermo, in an area dear to Frederick II of Swabia. Vinification on the skins with maceration for 8-10 days; fermentation at a controlled temperature (approximately 22-25°C). Aged in stainless steel tanks. Ample and persistent with pleasant notes of red fruit. Interesting aromas of black pepper and licorice. Ruby red with purple reflections. Velvety and enveloping, on the palate it presents good structure and persistence.
