A wine that tells the story of the Dogliani family, which has always been linked to the world of wine in the Langhe. Manual harvest, first half of October. Destemming and fermentation in stainless steel for approximately 10-12 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling. It offers pleasantly fruity and vegetal aromas, with good intensity and persistence. Garnet red in color, clear and transparent. On the palate, it has a marked freshness and pleasant notes of red fruit, cherries, and sweet spices. Good body, full and dry.
