A Sangiovese that expresses the soul of the Petra terroir, an ambitious project that seeks to interpret the terroir, capturing its unique characteristics, turning it into an exceptional winegrowing area. Clayey-sandy soil, slightly calcareous. Harvested at perfect ripeness. In steel tanks. At least 12 months, partly in barriques, partly in large oak barrels. At least 3 months in bottle. Intense bouquet on the nose. Deep ruby red color. Aromas range from ripe cherry to spice, with a final hint of licorice.
