A wine born from the passion of the Pichler family, who have been cultivating vines with respect for nature for generations. Spontaneous fermentation, maceration on the skins for 4 months in a terracotta amphora. Aged for 15 months on the lees in a used oak tonneau. Bottled unfiltered.
