An elegant Franciacorta, made from Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) grapes, aged on the lees for at least 5 years, in the Natural style, with no added sugar. Characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, with notes of saffron, citrus, ripe yellow fruit, bread crust, and a hint of star anise. On the palate, it offers great balance, structure, acidity, and savory flavors. Ideal with rich first courses, fish-based main courses, and mature cheeses.
