The Story

The 505 mt. project was born from the idea of producing a cuvée blended from vineyards located in the estate's highest area, at 505 meters above sea level, around the municipality of Cupramontana. This area is particularly suited to the production of high-quality white wines, where the landscape overlooking the sea meets the highest peaks of Monte San Vicino. The label was designed and conceived specifically to communicate the desire to produce a wine that is a pure expression and identity of the terroir in which it is produced, characterized by the presence of the Umbria-Marche Apennines, which enhance the organoleptic properties of one of Italy's greatest grape varieties: Verdicchio. The Boccafosca Estate is located in the heart of the Marche region, nestled in the gentle slopes that characterize the Castelli di Jesi area, and extends to the coast of the Adriatic Sea.
