A tribute to the Italian sparkling wine tradition, with a fine and elegant perlage. Very intense, with fresh notes of berries and roses, hints of dried fruit, bread crust, and honey. Creamy and persistent, it's refreshing thanks to its crisp acidity; the tannins are appropriately very light.
