The bouquet is enveloping with elegant cinnamon notes and hints of blackberry jam and dried plum. The grapes are vinified with maceration on the skins for 25 to 30 days to allow for the best extraction of color and tannins. The wine then ages in oak barrels for 12 months and subsequently in larger barrels for 6 months. A bold red with purple hues.
