The Story
Aromatic still white wine from Veneto, 13% ABV, produced by Bosco del Merlo. 100% Traminer Aromatico, 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Traminer, with an intense and intoxicating aroma. The grapes are vinified in the absence of oxygen, protecting them from oxidation. They are then subjected to cold maceration to extract the typical aromatic components present in the skins. After gentle pressing and static decantation, fermentation takes place at 14°C in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 3 months. The aroma is intense, pleasantly aromatic with its bold notes of rose hips and lime blossom. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. On the palate, it is soft, balanced, and refined, with a delicately aromatic aftertaste reminiscent of passion fruit, rose, and lychee.
