Still red Barolo DOCG, 14% ABV, produced by Bric Cenciurio, a family-run winery that has been producing high-quality wines respecting tradition since 1996. 100% Nebbiolo, 2019 vintage. The Coste di Rose vineyard, located in a secluded position with a cooler exposure, gives the wine a sometimes rugged character when young, but, as it ages over time, it manages to express freshness and a great depth of fruit and flavors for many years. Deep, compact soils, rich in organic matter. We recommend decanting for an hour and serving at 18-20°C. Estimated lifespan: 10-15 years. Awarded 93/100 by James Suckling and 4 by the Italian Sommelier Foundation (FIS) Guide. Excellent with meat, game, aged cheeses, and pork.
