Ca Bolani Aquilis Savignon 2018

Still white wine from Friuli Aquileia DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Ca Bolani. 100% Sauvignon. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Sauvignon grown in the "Alpha" climate zone, particularly favorable for the production of quality wines. The grapes are harvested by hand in crates, selecting the best bunches, in the early hours of the morning. The crates are taken to a temperature-controlled room at 6-8°C, where they remain until the following day. The palate is satisfying, elegant from the first bite to the smoky and haughty finish, taut with pleasant green sensations. Bright and intense straw yellow, with gray highlights. Vigorous and rich in nuances that add complexity to the varietal character, combining the grace of the fruit with the strength of the vegetation.
