An oil born from the passion of the Dal Cero family, who have been producing excellent wines and oils on the shores of Lake Garda since 1939. Processed within 12 hours of harvest, with pressing/milling/extraction using a completely inert supply chain. Bright golden yellow, with delicate aromas of fresh grass and freshly cut fruit. The low acidity, just 0.18%, is a further indication of excellent quality, and its slightly spicy character is another positive attribute.
