Classic method sparkling wine from Ca del Vent, in Lombardy. 12.5% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2017 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a winery that crafts 6.5 hectares of vineyards, nestled in the Colline dei Campiani di Cellatica Natural Park at 400 meters above sea level. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged for 7 months in barriques. Spontaneous and complete malolactic fermentation. No fining, stabilization, or filtration. Secondary fermentation with grape sugar and bottle-aged sur lattes for 59 months. A blend of finesse and freshness typical of wines from cold vintages, and body and concentration, a legacy of the reduced yields caused by the two major climatic events in June.
