A Classic Method born from the passion of the Calatroni family, who have been valorizing their estate-grown grapes since 1964. Aged for 48 months on the lees. Fine and consistent perlage. Offers aromas of rennet apple, plum, lemon cream, a fragrant touch and mineral hints. On the palate it has a soft foam, fresh momentum and considerable intensity. Sharp and elegant finish.
