On the nose, it offers an explosion of floral and fruity aromas. Notes of meadow grass intertwine with sensations of quince, citrus, and chestnut blossom, all wrapped in a pleasant bed of yeast. It has a straw yellow color, enhanced by subtle green-yellow reflections. The perlage is very fine and persistent. On the palate, it is savory, fruity, and full-bodied, with a lingering finish reminiscent of soft almonds.
