Aromatic, botrytized white passito wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 11.5% ABV, produced in Andriano. 100% Gewürztraminer. 0.375 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A passito born from the passion and history of a winery that has been cultivating vines with dedication since 1893. The grapes, harvested in December, are macerated for three hours and then fermented in barriques for 11 months. The result is a full-bodied, voluminous wine with a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and alcohol. The bouquet is highly aromatic and spicy, with aromas of honey, vanilla, quince, and candied orange peel. From golden yellow to amber in the glass, this Juvelo is a unique sensory experience.
