A Syrah that expresses the soul of the Forlì region, with meticulous winemaking that enhances its characteristics. The vineyards are primarily planted on hillsides where the soils are notoriously calcareous and moderately clayey. The Syrah is vinified with long macerations on the skins at a controlled temperature to extract and preserve its characteristic aromas. It then ages in stainless steel before bottling. Intense aromas with characteristic fruity and spicy notes of black pepper. Deep ruby red with purple hues. On the palate, it is fresh and supple, with a good tannic structure and a long finish.
