A wine born from the passion of the Rivetti family, who have been producing high-quality wines since 1977. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled rotofermenters for 6-8 days. Malolactic fermentation in wood. Aged in medium-toasted French oak barrels for 12-14 months. Transferred to stainless steel for 3 months before bottling. Hints of cherry, flowers, mint, and spices. Intense ruby red in the glass, with aromatic complexity and concentration that blend elegantly with the fruit and tannins. Long finish.
