A wine that embodies the soul of Monferrato, born from the passion of two entrepreneurs who wanted to breathe new life into this winery. Vinification and maturation are carried out in concrete vats. It displays a fresh floral note of red flowers, followed by aromatic herbs, thyme, and oregano, followed by blackberries and ripe blueberries, cardamom, and juniper berries, followed by bark and loose soil, with tobacco leaf and hints of quinine on the finish. Bright ruby red. Smooth and warm, with a saline flavor and fine tannins. Balsamic and olfactory notes.
