Fruity notes predominate on the nose, ranging from raspberry to currant, with faint hints of blueberry; the elegant floral note that emerges after a few moments is tangy and surprising: unmistakable hints of violet. As it opens, the spicy and tertiary notes due to its long aging unfold. Cinnamon, pepper, and leather intertwine, and on the finish, a balsamic note reminds us of its extreme elegance.
