Still white IGT Umbria, 12% ABV, produced by Castello della Sala (Antinori). Blend of Sauvignon and Sémillon. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A white wine made in Umbria, a few kilometers from Orvieto, by the historic Antinori winery. The vineyards used for Conte della Vipera are located at altitudes ranging from 250 to 350 meters above sea level on soil rich in marine fossil sediments. The Sauvignon Blanc harvest began in late August and concluded with the Sémillon harvest in mid-September. It is characterized by citrus notes of grapefruit that harmonize well with aromas of aromatic herbs and elderflower. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The fruity aromas and delicate mineral sensations blend harmoniously, with a decisive and persistent finish.
