Brut classic method sparkling wine, produced by Castello Pomino - Frescobaldi. 2018 vintage. A classic method born from a passion for tradition and innovation, a tribute to the Pomino terroir. On the nose, this classic method offers mineral notes and white spring flowers such as hawthorn, followed by hints of acacia honey, pastry, and white-fleshed fruit such as September peach. The finish offers more evolved aromas reminiscent of dried fruit. Straw yellow with golden highlights. The entry into the mouth is clean and crisp, the effervescence tickles all the taste buds without overpowering them, instead promoting the perception of a distinct creaminess. The finish is long and recalls the softness of caramel and the aromatics of licorice combined with toasted notes.
