The Story
A classic method brut sparkling white wine from the heart of Burgundy, produced by Caves de Marsigny. 0.75L bottle. A Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, a combination that yields a fine and persistent perlage. The grapes are vinified in ancient underground cellars near Bailly, a few kilometers from Chablis. On the nose, citrus notes and hints of yeast anticipate a light, fresh, and delicate body, with a high acidity that makes it perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
