Lambrusco Brut, Charmat Method, produced by Cantine Ceci in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. 0.75 L bottle. A Lambrusco born from the passion of Otello Ceci, a landlord from the Parma area, who began producing Lambrusco in 1938. The fruity aromas of morello cherry, cherry, plum, and berries open up to subtle herbaceous notes. Spicy notes and a light balsamic note give this wine an elegant and sinuous nose. Ruby red. The tannins are present but not overbearing, while the pleasant freshness and savory flavor, combined with elegant fruity and spicy notes and sinuous herbaceous notes, give this wine a long and intriguing finish.
