Ceci Otello FTF Nero di Lambrusco

A Charmat method sparkling wine from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, produced by Cantine Ceci. An Emilia IGT, with no vintage indicated, 11% ABV, 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. A Lambrusco born from the passion of Otello, a landlord from the Parma lowlands, who began producing his own wine in 1938. Intense, satisfying, and sinuous. The fruity notes recall cherries and berries such as blackberries and strawberries. Floral hints of violet accompany the pleasantly spicy and mineral finish. It surprises and satisfies, with a delightful balance of softness, freshness, savory texture, and a good tannic structure.
