A Charmat method sparkling rosé brut from Emilia IGT, 11.5% ABV, produced by Cantine Ceci. Blend: 85% Lambrusco di Sorbara, 15% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the family tradition, born in 1938 with the Osteria di Otello. Fresh notes of underripe red fruits, especially cherry, as well as undergrowth. Distinct hints of rose. A pale pink color verging on rose gold, crystalline. It appears to confirm the same notes perceived on the nose. Persistent, fresh, and creamy. A perfect wine for an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
