Bourgogne Chardonnay 2022, a still white from Burgundy, 12.5% ABV, produced by Chartron et Trebuchet. A wine that embodies the elegance and sophistication of Burgundian Chardonnay. Founded in 1984 in Puligny-Montrachet, the house specializes in the vinification, aging, and bottling of fine wines. Vinification follows the classic method. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks temperature-controlled at 18°C. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by a minimum of 18 months of aging on the lees. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by floral notes. Straw yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and persistent.
