Still organic rosé from Provence, France, 2015 vintage, produced by Chateau Henri Bonnaud. A wine that embodies the essence of Provence, with a blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Mourvedre, and 20% Callet. The wine is produced by static discharge of red wine vats. Aging: 80% of the volume matures in stainless steel tanks and the remainder in barriques for 8 months. Intense with hints of melon and white peach. Floral aromas, with exotic fruit (pineapple, mango, and lychee) emerging on the second inhale. Clear pale pink color. Fresh, with a pleasant, almost caloric sensation that provides the perfect balance. A rosé that pairs perfectly with light dishes, salads, and summer barbecues.
