A Grand Cru that embodies Bordeaux excellence, with grapes grown on a limestone plateau composed of clay-limestone soil on a star-shaped limestone subsoil. Fermentation on the skins for 3 weeks in wooden vats at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Malolactic fermentation in barrels and aging, depending on the vintage, in 70% to 100% new oak, for 18-32 months. A wine that expresses the complexity and elegance of the Bordeaux terroir.
