The initial nose is yeasty, creamy with aubepine, followed by a more minerally finish with notes of toasted bread and yellow fruit. The initial attack is very rounded and fresh, rich and slightly chalky, with a fluid and light finish. A wine without added sulfites, which enhances the essence of the terroir.
