Cherubini Sui Generis Brut Nature

Classic method sparkling wine without dosage, 12% vol., produced by Cherubini. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 l bottle. A classic method born from a passion for Franciacorta, produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks for approximately twenty days. At the end of fermentation, it is racked into concrete tanks where it ages until the secondary fermentation takes place. The base wines are not clarified or stabilized. Aged for a minimum of 36 months. Excellent aromas of flowers and exotic fruits. Pale gold in color. On the palate, it is very assertive and elegant, perfect for an aperitif or a seafood dinner.
