Vermouth from Piedmont, produced by Cocchi Giulio. A bitter vermouth made from Giulio Cocchi's original recipe, where artemisia blends with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta, and a double infusion of cinchona. The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine lends delicate red highlights and an additional smooth, complex note, in true Cocchi style. Hints of artemisia, rhubarb, and cinchona. Bitter, strong, and enveloping. An aperitif that tells the story of a historic company, a tribute to Piedmontese tradition.
