Still organic red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Col d'Orcia in Montalcino, Tuscany. Blend: 85% Sangiovese, 15% Ciliegiolo. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of one of Montalcino's historic wineries, which has contributed to making Brunello famous worldwide. Maceration of the grapes lasts 8-10 days with careful control of fermentation temperatures, never exceeding 26°C to preserve the intense and characteristic fruitiness. Aged with malolactic fermentation and early bottling to capture all the freshness of this wine. The aroma expresses rich notes of red fruit, cherry and black cherry, followed by spicy notes. Intense ruby red color with purple reflections. Full-bodied and persistent, with soft, ripe tannins, it closes with a long and pleasantly fresh finish.
