A passito that expresses the power and elegance of Sagrantino, a native Umbrian grape. The grapes are harvested by hand and left to dry on racks at a controlled temperature and humidity until the right concentration is achieved. On the nose, it presents sensations of red fruit, primarily blackberry, black cherry, and notes of violet. The palate echoes the aroma with the addition of pleasant sensations of tobacco and chocolate.
