The Story
Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Colterenzio. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of 26 winemakers who founded the Colterenzio cooperative in 1960, gaining independence from wine merchants. The must ferments at a controlled temperature (18°C) in stainless steel, with a small portion in large wooden barrels. Aged for several months on the fine lees. Delicate and elegant bouquet. Notes of citrus, Alpine herbs, and exotic fruit. Beautiful straw yellow with greenish highlights. Very pleasant: harmonious and balanced on the palate with typical exotic notes of pineapple and mango.
