Still red wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir. Produced by Colterenzio, a cooperative founded in 1960 by Colterenzio winemakers. 2022 vintage. The grapes come from volcanic soils with moraine deposits. Brief cool maceration and subsequent fermentation at 25°C for 14 days. Two-thirds of the wine is aged in large wooden barrels (35 hl) and one-third in barriques for 12 months. One year of bottle maturation. A broad-spectrum aroma ranging from cherry to red berries to spices. Medium garnet red in color. Medium-bodied and balanced, it has an elegant and persistent finish.
