Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta Brut Saten 2021

Contadi Castaldi creates the most authentic and elegant version of its Franciacorta from its Chardonnay, where it's not strength or sugar that provides smoothness, but the raw material. The 2019 harvest brought to the cellar a perfect raw material for our Satèn: a plentiful grape, with a very linear ripening, which allowed for the rediscovery of exceptional balances of depth and roundness, not seen in previous years. We managed this harvest carefully, especially in terms of alcohol content and the development of certain aromas, managing to preserve and guarantee the delicate, refined floral notes that will characterize the sensory profile of this cuvée. The 2019 Satèn is elegance in wine form, with its subtle refinement, at the forefront of Contadi Castaldi's philosophy and its interpretation of the terroir.
