The bouquet is expansive: citrus, pink grapefruit, wild strawberry, white flowers, lime, acacia honey, and green oregano. Straw yellow with light orange highlights. On the palate, it is crisp, fruity, and fresh with notes of wild citrus fruits. Fine and persistent perlage.
