A Pinot Grigio that expresses the elegance and aromatics of the grape variety, with a winemaking process that enhances its unique characteristics. Fermentation takes place on the skins in truncated cone-shaped oak vats for 30 days. Aged in 5hl barrels for 2 years and in bottle for 1 year. Soft and delicate tannins with a fruity finish also found on the nose.
