Aged in 20 and 30 hl barrels for 23 months and then in bottle for 6 months. The bouquet is intense and ethereal, with pleasant notes of aromatic herbs and delicate fruity nuances. The color is a luminous amber yellow. Elegant and deep, substantial but never heavy, with a deep minerality.
