Altitude: 650-770 m above sea level. Exposure: Southeast. Soil composition: Quartz phyllite, granite. Spontaneous fermentation, without temperature control, malolactic fermentation. Aged 11 months in small wooden barrels, 5 months in stainless steel. Bottling: unfiltered.
