A wine born in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, from grapes grown in unique soil, rich in Tonalite pebbles. Traditional red fermentation, with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days, followed by maturation in large oak and cement barrels for 10 months, followed by a further 6 months of bottle aging. Floral aromas of violets and fruity notes of morello cherry and red fruit. An elegant wine with soft tannins. Fragrant and varietal. Fresh and smooth on the palate.
