Dettori Ottomarzo Romangia Rosso 2021

Romangia IGT still red wine, 2021 vintage, produced by Dettori in Sardinia. A wine that reflects a passion for the terroir and biodynamics, made with 100% Pascale di Cagliari grapes. Fermentation in concrete vats and maceration on the skins for 30 days, followed by a year of aging in concrete tanks and then in bottle. On the nose, aromas of red fruits are complemented by spicy notes. Ruby red in color. On the palate, the wine is refined, accompanied by spicy notes that are perceived not only on the nose but also on the palate.
