The grapes are hand-picked and fermented using indigenous yeasts, without the use of synthetic molecules. Intriguing aromas of red fruit are complemented by spicy notes that evoke the wine's complexity. On the palate, the wine is delicate, with hints of pepper, inviting a second sip.
