A Châteauneuf-du-Pape that embodies the elegance and power of Grenache, a wine born from the passion of a family that has cultivated the vine for generations with love and respect for the land. Manual harvest. Maceration for 26 days and manual pressing once a day. Aged 2/3 in large barrels and 1/3 in 600-liter barrels. Notes of small black fruits and violets blend into a velvety and persistent finish. A wine that pairs perfectly with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
