The estate produces only sparkling wines in the Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux AOC appellations on 30 hectares. Intense and complex aromas of citrus and dried fruit, honey with a hint of green apple. A well-rounded wine with a toasted bread flavor and an aftertaste of fresh fruit and lime.
